a method of payment is required before repairs can begin. You can email the PO to
support@esskaytech.com

Please be careful to click submit button only once.
If your submission is received before 4:00 p.m. CT Monday - Friday, you will be
contacted within 4 hours via email with your Repair Order (RO) number and instructions
on returning your printer for service. All other requests that are received after
4:00 p.m. CT will be processed the next business day.
